The project represents a new 33-unit apartment complex located on Doran Street in the city of Glendale, situated in between skyrises and smaller residential buildings. Each elevation level varies to create dimensionality, yet shares the same language to produce a cohesive design. By eliminating any flat facade, the space is designed with significance placed on both the inside and the outside. The project is 4 4-story Type V building with an outdoor courtyard over one level of subterranean parking.
